Today we filmed our second location: the woods and pond. Like day 1 of filming we tried to get a variety of different types of shots, today we did over-the-shoulder, tracking, high angle, mid-shot etc to ensure we have a variety of shots for the video to keep the audience interested. To achieve this types of shots we used a tripod for stable shots, a shoulder mount for steady tracking shots and the DSLR camera for high quality footage. We also took out the storyboard with us to follow to make sure we didn't miss any shots and have to come back to re-film reducing the amount of time needed filming and to ensure I didn't look different or the scenery didn't look different otherwise consistency may be an issue. Before going out to shoot today we checked the weather on the BBC app to make sure it wasn't going to rain and that we could get all of the footage completed... it didn't rain but we did struggle with the cold temperature especially with the clothes I had to wear to match the artists mise-en-scene.
